Someone picks Join the Family Circle on the website and it lands on the Leads board tagged Circle. Open that lead and hit Add to Family Circle and they appear on this roster with their first visit already scheduled for the coming season. 4.9 from 35 reviews, claimed, owner responses written, photos posted recently. That is a stronger base than most of the contractors you are competing against, and it is not being used anywhere near hard enough.
Make the ask automatic
Customers already name Victor and Conner when they talk about the work, without being asked. An automatic review request on every completed job puts those mentions on the record where Google can count them. Five of your reviews already mention ice machine work, which is commercial refrigeration proof in your own customers' words.
Nothing here is seeded
This panel stays empty until a real review account is connected. No sample reviews, no placeholder stars, and no rating markup on the website either. Your rating is real and it can be quoted on the page with a link to the source, but marking up a rating collected on another platform is against Google's own rules and risks a manual action.
Everything this site can talk to. Nothing here is required to take a phone call, but each one removes a job somebody is doing by hand. Keys are stored on your server and never shown again once saved.
